1) Our rate includes 1 carry on bag and 1 check in bag per passenger.

2) Extra charges of NZ $30 will apply per additional bag payable direct to the driver.

3) Extra charges of NZ $30 will apply per child seat payable direct to the driver.

4) Please inform us of extra bags or if you require child seat at time of booking.

5) Airport pick up rate includes 1 and 1 /2 hour waiting time after arrival of flight.

6) Please notify us if there is any delays at immigration process.

7) Further delays will incur a charge of NZ $30.

8) Transfers outside our normal business hours will have a surcharge of NZ$50
